Smoke-Free Home Required: We only accept items from smoke-free homes. Items with smoke odor cannot be accepted.
Item Condition: We accept new and gently used items in clean, sellable condition. We reserve the right to decline items at pickup.
Pickup Area: Free within 20 miles. Locations 20–40 miles may be accommodated — we'll discuss availability.
Large Items: Anything that won't fit in a standard box must be discussed and approved before scheduling.
